Dr. Priyanka is a Ph.D. in Statistics from the Institute of Science, Banaras Hindu University. She is UGC-NET qualified and was awarded the research fellowship during her Ph.D.Prior to joining VPSM, she was Assistant Professor (Research) of Statistics at the College of Management, SRM IST, Chennai.

Her teaching interests include Business Statistics, Operations Research, Statistical Inference. Her primary research area is Sampling techniques which focuses on developing estimators under non-response in sample surveys, Imputation&Super population model theory. She has published many research papers in various reputed journals including Communication in Statistics- Theory & methods and statistics. She is also a reviewer for communication in Statistics- Theory &methods journal
