EDUCATION
Dr. Punekar's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University. She further pursued her education at, where she earned her MBA in HR and Outsourcing. In August 2017, she completed her Ph.D, Management in the key domain of Logistics from D.Y. Patil Deemed to be University, Navi Mumbai.
